David Yazdan is co-founder and CEO of Lyndhurst Investment Partners, LLC, where he leads new business development. Prior to founding Lyndhurst Investment Partners, Mr. Yazdan served Third Avenue Management, a NY based value manager, for 13 years as a senior managing director specializing in business development and client services. Prior to joining Third Avenue he marketed mutual funds for DLJ’s Wood, Struthers & Winthrop and Dean Witter’s InterCapital Funds. He holds a M.B.A. in Finance from Fordham University and a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University. Currently, Mr. Yazdan holds Series 7, 63 and 79 registrations with FINRA. David lives in Union, New Jersey with his children Lily and Benji.
Todd Peters is co-founder and Director of Research of Lyndhurst Investment Partners, LLC, where he leads the manager analysis process. Since 2000, Mr. Peters has conducted more than 4,500 research meetings across the United States, taking the form of on-site inspections, manager visits to Lyndhurst’s offices and conference calls. Prior to starting multiple investment manager research companies in 2003, Mr. Peters was Vice President & Senior Market Analyst for Wachovia Securities. Mr. Peters received a B.S. in Business Administration from Mary Washington College, and currently holds the Series 65 registration with FINRA. Todd lives in Midlothian, VA with his wife, Caroline, and their son, Charlie.
